Purpose
At Pinpoint, we believe that coaching is not just about energy and encouragement. It’s about structure, system, attention to detail and excellence. The Pinpoint Coaches Academy is our coaching development program designed to equip our coaches with the tools, philosophy, and methodology required to deliver world-class training to children of all levels and abilities.
Our Mission
To elevate the standard of youth fitness coaching by training and certifying coaches in our proprietary teaching methods, safety protocols, and class structures while ensuring consistency and exceptional outcomes across all Pinpoint locations.
Coaches Learning Platform
Our coaches are granted access to our online learning platform. Each coach receives login credentials and is required to complete a sequence of structured courses including:
- Teaching the Fundamentals (movement philosophy, skill stages, band progression)
- Class Safety Protocols
- Specialty Classes Certification
- Class Design & Coaching Structure
- Gym Operations & Code of Conduct
Every coach must complete the required learning material and pass the examinations to be certified to commence coaching.
